About Duane Maas
I have been using Macs since he purchased the original Macintosh in 1984. I have used just about every Mac since.
I have the distinction of working for Apple in three different stints. I worked for Apple from 1984-1985 (laid off during Steve Job’s ouster), 1986-1993 (laid off due to downsizing of Apple’s National Account Program), and 1998-2000 (laid off due to elimination of Apple Enterprise Software division).
I now run a small Macintosh Consulting company called MC Services doing Web Hosting, email, and Macintosh integration. We also are an Apple Authorized Training Center. We do training on all things Macintosh including Apple Certified courses for IT people covering such topics as Directory Services, Deployment, etc.
In short, I love using Macs and helping other people with them.
